Does anyone know how I could set up a business in Feng Chia Night market? It would be a food stand so I won’t need a hell of a lot of space. But I am not sure who I need to talk to about it.

Night markets should have someone who manages it/allocates the spaces etc. Id just ask to speak to the person in charge.
