I would like to study some business and designing here in Taiwan. Does anyone know how to find out about English scholarships here in Taiwan for foreigners who would like to study Chinese and take some university courses?
The Government. No Joke. Look up the Hua-Yu Enrichment Scholarship and the Taiwan Scholarship, you apply through your local economic and cultural office. Good luck!
But fyi, the competition has increased greatly in the last few years, and quite a few people were turned down, which was unheard of a few years ago.

Yup, a friend got his scholarship very easily several years ago, but that is no longer the case. Best chance of getting one is if you study something which is “valued” and I don’t mean a degree in garden gnome designing.

you can navigate on your own to find out more about the various programs they offer and what programs they have specifically for international students. i’d imagine other colleges and universities may have similar programs.
