Hi folks - Are there any services in Taiwan that will, for a fee, provide the updated mailing address for someone who has since moved to another address within the ROC? I have the old addresses of a few friends and want to touch base with them. I normally call this skip tracing, and it is often performed by private detective/investigation agencies. (At least where I live, normally the local post office doesn’t freely give out this sort of information.)
