Finding Eng Lit students who want tutoring

Hi
I’ve been wondering about the above question. This is something I would like to do in addition to my usual work, not as a full-time gig.
I graduated in English Literature and miss the conversations but also feel I can help others studying this topic. They must be out there somewhere!
But how to find them? I mean, I know where they are but where best to advertise in order to catch their eye? Does anyone here have any experience or advice on this?
Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

Facebook is a good place to look.

I think if you focus on teaching writing, you’d have a better shot at finding clients. But maybe I’m wrong and there’s a niche

Aha, sounds interesting. Without exposing myself as a complete idiot, what should I be putting into the search box?

Mmmm, yes, that is what I was hoping for: a very tiny niche. One student would be perfect.

Maybe you can put some flyers up at a university? Especially one that is known for teaching English

Look for language exchange groups based in the city you live. Put an ad up and see.
