I just received my fingerprint card from the states by contacting Mr. Santos which was listed in an earlier post. He actually sent me an extra 10 copies with detailed instructions on how to do this… If anyone needs a fingerprint card just email me or reply and you can meet me somewhere or I can mail it… Took a little over 2 weeks to contact him and get it in the mail so this will save you some time on this tedious process…
