First Scooter Accident

Ok guys. Need some help on this one.

I was scooting a little while ago, on my way to pick up some food. I originally wanted to turn at the intersection but changed my mind and continued on straight. Now after I crossed the intersection I slowed down gradually over a few seconds and just slightly, and next thing I know I was rear-ended pretty badly. Now, myself and the bike came out of it alright. The girl’s bike didn’t seem to be damaged, but she took a hard fall onto the street and looked like she hurt her back, which shortly thereafter I saw that she did. She recovered well enough to take her bike over to the sidewalk, as did I. A pedestrian came over to act as a mediator, and luckily he spoke some english. The extent of what I was able to do was give her my school’s card, and got the pedestrian to tell her if she wanted to settle this situation she could see me tomorrow as I would be in all day. Not sure what is going to happen.

What should I expect? And just overall I’m feeling really shitty about it, even though I’m certain it wasn’t my fault.

Nothing will happen. She rear-ended you; therefore she was at fault and was lucky to walk free.
If she does contact you, it means she fancies you and wants a shag.

Traffic rule #1: If you rear-end someone it’s your own fault. Even if the vehicle in front stops suddenly for no apparent reason and you rear-end it, its still your own fault.
Maintain a safe stopping distance at all times and pay attention to the road ahead.
Under no circumstances should you agree to give this dozy twit any money.

Thanks guys. She never showed up, so that’s that. I guess she didn’t fancy me.
