I posted the following to Youtube’s help forum.
Suppose those of you who have the same problem could post their observations?
I’m afraid most Taiwanese just won’t complain about it.
It seems for once the problem is not at Chunghwa Telecom.
Google has a local agency in Taipei and also supports Youtube in Taiwan (suppose thats why its blocked in China?) so I expect they’d feedback to it.
