Yeesh. I was sitting in the park on my lunch break when a man sort of circled around me staring at me, so I got up and walked off, and he unzipped his pants and stood there masturbating as I walked past him. (I had to walk past him to exit).
I contemplated taking a picture of him but I was afraid he would get angry and take my camera. I grew up in the big city so this kind of thing is just sort of “same s–t, different day” to me, but how common is it in Taiwan? And IF I had taken a picture or could identify him, do the police even care?
So I could show it to my boss and all of the Taiwanese adults I knew, and see if any of them would help me talk to the police with the photo as proof. This is a semi-small town, I’m sure someone who lives in the area knows the guy or has seen him around.
Occationally they like to take ‘the bird’ for a walk, and it ends up in the Apple daily. It’s a shame that they blur the pic, because those Page 3 girls in there don’t do much for moi…
