Are they available in Taiwan? A search in Chinese (google translate) conjured up only links to Chinese sites.
I went to a kind of home decoration kitchen bathroom fitting type place and all they had were side parts, but they were not the type you would really use on a flight case.
They said I could look around Taipei Main Station as there were stores there.
I assume it is North of Taipei main station as there are some hardware type stores there if I remember correctly.
