I am interested in any different activities that might be going on in Taipei during August. Also, does anyone have any suggesstions as to the best method to purchase flight tickets from the states, at low prices. Also, in Taipei, what good hotels have been visited, or bad hotels. Are there any other good travel spots that could be recommended?
