Anybody know where I can find a foam roller or know what it’s called in chinese so I can actually search for it?

also I’m trying to get some adjustable dumbells and possibly a bench… I know they’re available off ebay/yahoo but I would really like to check some out in person if anybody knows where I’d be able to find em…
