Folders showing up in two locations

So a couple of months back, I had accidentally deleted my pics that I had to recover.

Seems like I know, why it happened and the problem continues. For some reason my ‘Picture’ library is connected to the ‘Music’ library. But not vice versa. All the pic folders show up in the music library. If I click on show location, the location remains ‘Pictures’. Then if I move all those folders to another location, they don’t show up in my music library at all.

Am I making sense???

Can someone help? How do I kepp the photos in the Pictures library without they showing up in the Music library.
