I’m a bit surprised at this short expiration date of two months for an item like this. I picked it because it was the only thing available at closing time. Not my first time doing that 
Salad dressing/mayonnaise. Can’t decide if it’s better or worse without preservatives. But it is mostly tasteless.
Normally a supermarket or store would not put that on their shelf unless it’s managed by the manufacturer and only charged (invoiced) for when sold, unsold taken back and not paid for.
Can’t see it clearly but I guess it has high fructose corn syrup in it and soy oil.
A lot of people believe long expiry date foods = bad. I think a lot of the short expiry date foods you see are marketing into that attitude.
Depends on the ingredients. Foods with lots of sugar, salt, oil and low water content have a long shelf life.
$10 says thats just a typo and didnt get checked.
