I’m charged with purchasing a whole bunch of footballs for a bunch of kids, so I’m especially looking for size 3 balls.
Just a pointer towards a comprehensive sport’s ball store in the Taipei area would be very helpful.

You could try contacting the guys at mightyshanefc.com/. This is an expat football club in Taipei and they have helped run kids clinics in the past.
