Hello Zen,
Have a safe trip back to North America.
I enjoyed meeting you the other day. It was fun talking with you. You certainly are knowledgeable about beer.
Enjoy all the wonderful beer where you will be.
I still hope to get off my lazy rear-end and get into gear with the home brewing. If it ever happens, I’ll let you know how it turns out.
We’ll lift a glass (or two) to you at the next beer tasting.

i like the first part of the song myself:
there’s a sad sort of clanging
from the clock in the hall
and the bells in the steeple, too
and up in the nursery
an absurd little bird
is popping out to say cuckoo
cuckoo, cuckoo
was great meeting you, zen. i’m heading back in a month myself and i’m already savoring everything i can in the limited time i have left here. remeber to drop by the ranch 99’s(if any are near you) to grab some goodies to remind you of taiwan.
Fair fa’ yer honest sonsy face,
Great chieftain o’ the pudden race…
No, wait, that’s not right, but I can’t remember the Robert Burns poem about John Barleycorn.
Sorry I didn’t get the chance to meet you, but best of luck and if you get that brewpub up and running – post the address here!
Slainte!
