Foreign Exchange (small amounts, < 100 USD equivalent)

I would like to trade some currencies I have into TWD or THB. Do you need small amounts of currency for travel? If so, please contact me and we can deal at interbank rates because many banks will not exchange small amounts of currency (< 100 USD equivalent).
Currencies I have:
European Union, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Macau

Even if you do not need to exchange, please advise if you know of banks or places that will exchange small amounts for reasonable fees.
