A real classic. Guaranteed to totally offend nearly all of the PC beautiful people on this board.
ENJOY!

I want Wolf banned for posting this crap. If it was meant as a joke, I fail to see the humor/humour. Wolf obviously supports racism and homophobia with such posts. He’ll try to weasel out of it by saying, “Hey, those aren’t my words, those are P.J. O’Rourkes” - but nope, that didn’t cut the mustard the last time another poster quoted offensive non-PC humor/humour: you are responsible for all the words in your own posts.

At the very least Wolf should be banned permanently from Forumosa. Some might say he should be deported after facing a lengthy prison sentence. I find such measures excessive though I can understand the rage against this pitiful excuse for a yang gweizi, so I suggest a moderate middle course of merely a public flogging. No, I do not agree with those here on Forumosa calling for his execution before the firing squad. A few months of hard labor/labour and a dozen whips of the lash should suffice to set this miscreant straight, until he is foolish enough to cause offense with his wild racist, sexist, homophobic, ageist, speciesist rantings again.

Oh, come on. That thing was passed around the Net like 5 years ago. It’s older than Grandma Nitti’s Titties.

Delete this. I don’t see the humour in:

Wolf, having been banned, sneaks back in under the alias “Flicka”. We’re not fooled. Flicka is Wolf and Wolf is Flicka. Funny how you two have never been seen together, except for those Forumosa events which is easily explained by the fact that Wolf has been known to hire an escort to masquerade as “Flicka” in order to keep up appearances. I know this because one of my ex-students runs that agency and he told me all about it. In fact, he posts on this very forum and can confirm it once his flight arrives next week from his “vacation” in Bali (I am not allowed to disclose his real mission in Indonesia).

Adding attempted deception and possibly treason by circulating classified documents such as the CIA report “Foreigners Around the World” over the net, I am now not so inclined towards leniency in this matter. Wolf can still retain a shred of dignity and honor/honour by committing ritual seppukko.

Wow, I didnt know the forumosa community runs so deep. I feel like an outsider looking into a secret society or something. Hiring someone to masquerade as someone else to keep up appearances? Damn. I didnt know people took this forum so seriously.

Oh, the layer upon layer, thechu17. By the way, is that someone’s knee next to your head in your pic?
(Come on, I am not the first to notice that…)

Notice that Fluffy could have not opened the link (I said it would offend some) but he did anyway. He could have stopped after the first one, but he didn’t, he read on…as Devo said, “Freedom of choice is what you got; freedom from choice is what you want.”

We must run in different circles; everyone I know who read this thought it was laugh-out-loud funny.

I don’t run in your circles, but I found it funny as hell, as well. They need to get someone to do Koreans, though. My drawing skills aren’t up to snuff.

Offensive? Seems to me that it lumps everyone together. It ought to include americans as well.

My thoughts too.

Brian

thechu17, Bu Lai En, everybody -

I thought my extended gag about banning Wolf and Wolf/Flicka was pretty obvious.

BTW, I really hate the term “PC”. It’s just a way of marginalizing the opinions of people a bit more liberal than yours by saying, “Oh, you’re just being PC.”

I agree with that. If I act a certain way, or believe certain things I hate people suggesting that I do so just to be PC.

Brian

O’Rourke is probably the only decent Republican alive. If not, then certainly the funniest.

It wasn’t funny, so you read through twenty pages to get to the Swedes???

A section on Americans would just have to merge all of the others – we’re all mutts from elsewhere, unless of course we’re Native American (“paleolithic savages who never even invented the brick”, to borrow a phrase  ).

BFM’s right. It’s not very funny. Not because it pokes fun at racist stereotypes but because it’s geared for 13-year olds, which is why it was published in National Lampoon, the thinking boy’s Mad Magazine. But then I’m not all that impressed with PJ O’Rourke either. And, the fact that it is racist doesn’t add to its charm. But that’s just me. If you find it hilarious then have fun.

A few people have commented that I read the website, it is my job as a moderator to:
“I think this link post should be deleted”
“Why ?”
“I don’t know, I didn’t read it”

I was commenting as a moderator, I did not say I was personally offended, I said it was offensive. And that wolf could have found a more appropiate ‘funny’ link to post. I was considering what other people would think, what visitors to Forumosa, of every nationality and persuasion, would think, or is that a new concept for you ?
If nobody is offended by it, then fair enough, maybe I am being too sensitive of other people’s feelings.

Of course it’s offensive – that’s why wolf posted it, to get a rise out of people and to launch a discussion on what is appropriate or not, to get people slinging accusations and insults back and forth, leading into comments on banning and censorship, in short to cause a little commotion for his entertainment.

Out of curiosity, do you also dislike “Stupid White Men” by Michael Moore?

Never read it. Don’t think I’d find that very amusing either. It’s not that I don’t like O’Rourke’s politics – I just find him to be a little puerile. The title of Stupid White Men sounds equally so.

Actually, I was about to get kneed in the head from my ex during the picture. Kidding aside, the picture was taken on some steps. I just cropped myself out of the picture.

Oh ok I see. For a while I seriously thought what you wrote was real.

BTW, I didnt really take offense to the material posted, even though I am quite touchy about racism. I could tell right away it was not meant to be malicious. Did I get stupidier reading that stuff? Yes.

I have included warnings on the original post.
Fluffy, this is not that big a Web site.
And Mother, you hit it on the head. Several people had said that the board was getting boring.
By the way, the joke typyifying Canadians is priceless (and not even offensive).
