This kitten was found in the middle of the road about one month ago by our boss. At the time when she was found, she was sick, scared, and very malnourished. Something also happened to her tail while she was out on the streets, and she is missing the last 1/3 of it (approximately). She’s been to see the vet and was being boarded at a cat hotel until a permanent arrangement could be made. Unfortunately, after a few weeks this got too expensive…so we are now caring for her until a home can be found. We already have one cat in our small apartment and we are leaving Taiwan in January, so we are not a good longterm option for her.
Though she was sick when she was found, she is now getting plump and is much more healthy. It’s hard to tell how old she is,though I would guess around 2 months.
She LOVES to snuggle! Initially she can be a little shy, but she warms up very quickly to some positive, loving attention. I think her early days on the street have made her appreciate human contact…if someone is sitting on the couch, she pretty much has to be curled up next to them, or curled up in the lap. She’s also quiet (doesn’t meow very much yet) and loving. She will make a great and snuggly pet.
