Hi All,
I’m urgently looking for someone who will fly China Airlines to Amsterdam, preferably in the evening of December 28th, but a week earlier or later will also do, as long as it’s China Airlines. Maybe you haven’t even booked yet, but are planning to fly around that time.
Marloes and I will be on the CA flight the 28th. We will bring 14 Taiwanese ex-stray cats and dogs with us. They have found homes in Belgium and The Netherlands. The only obstacle are the Dutch customs (European law) who’ll allow 5 pets per traveller. So, we need a third traveller to check in at the same time we and the pets do and to walk through customs to the arrival hall at Schiphol with us and the pets. That’s all. No hassle and of course no financial obligations whatsoever. We take care of everything and have already gone through the whole procedure in September (with less than 5 pets per person).
If you fly earlier or later, not much changes. We or our friends will meet you at the Taoyuan airport and walk up to the check-in desk with you and hand in 4 cats. At Schiphol we or our friends will take the cats from you in the arrival hall.
If you read this you probably frequent this place and I do not need to inform you about the hardships for strays in Taiwan. Among the animals we’ll bring to Europe are a two-legged dog, a three-legged dog, a one-eyed dog, a one-eyed cat, and a blind dog. Their chances of adoption here are very very slim.
Who will help us fly these pets to the bright future awaiting them? If you have any questions, ask away!
Thanks,
Marjan (MO)
