Hm, I wonder what we should think of this - is it really appropiate to accuse a 4-year old of sexual harassment? Are such young kids already consciously aware of what they are doing? What would a 4-year old know about sexuality?
I find this “disturbing” and though the record has been ammended (not removed) I wonder if the school administration didn’t go to far:

But seriously, this is just a continuing example of how PC has run a muck in the ‘ed-U-caa-tional’ system in the US.
Amazing how this can be hyperbolized into representing the entire USA. Oh well…
once a friends little boy gave me a hug. he was so short his hands went right across my buttocks. i feel so violated now, knowing what he was up to. i should have sued that little preverted 5 year old. what a creepy kid, hugging someone. gross. well, i’m off to file a complaint. “hi, um, this is really difficult to relive, but, i was groped by a 5 year old, and i haven’t been able to have any healthy relationships since the trauma occurred; whenever someone grabs my ass now i have awful flashbacks of this day, and i can’t even wash my ass in the shower now”.
Indeed the little pervert should have been given 20 years of community service, follwed by public caning and then he should be sent to join the foreign legion for no less than 20 years before spending the rest of his days chained to Garry glitter in a Thai prison cell.

Geez. I’ve had incidents where some children who were a little too old made me wonder, but having worked with 4 and 5 year olds (back before I knew that was illegal here) I think it’s totally WHACK that the boy would get anything more than a talking to.
Sure, you should tell a kid that it is impolite to publicly stick your face in the breasts of a woman without her prior consent. Gotta teach manner. But a formal complaint is just stupid.
On the other hand, if the kid goes on to be a sex offender, the school officials will be lauded for their foresight…

This reminds me of 2 disturbing personal experiences:
I was doing volunteer work at a Head Start School (Preschool for economically disadvantaged kids in the U.S.), and the little boy with the most behavioral problems was playing with two dolls. He was simulating rape with them, as well as a beating and stabbing. It was awful that a child so young had this in his head, had been obviously exposed to this stuff.
I was visiting a friend and nursing school classmate at her home. I was invited over for dinner. She had had breast cancer and her left breast had been removed, but she had a silicon prosthetic in place. Well, she had a 4 year old boy and a 6 year old daughter. Both the kids groped me. The little boy not only rubbed his face all over my breasts, but actually reached up and grabbed them. At that point I put my foot down and his parents, embarrassed, intervened. I actually did kind of feel like I’d been assaulted, in a very wierd way. Of course, I understood the reasons for this unusual behavior - and it is a funny story to tell: “How a 4 year old boy groped me.”
