Another friend said she always goes up and hugs them when she sees them in tokyo cept one french guy volunteer held onto her for a whole minute and wanted to give her his number. So i think that dude kinda didnt get the spirit of the movement.
Maybe he couldn’t go away so quickly because some force de frappe was preventing him from walking…

It’s abominable to even comtemplate some total stranger physcially accosting me anywhere except in the privacy of my own abode.
It would make a nice change from having to pay.
