This is the label from one of those nylon laptop travel bags that is made by a small company in the USA, to be sold in France.
The translation in case your French is rusty:
“Wash with warm water. Use mild soap. Dry flat. Do not use bleach. Do not dry in the dryer. Do not iron. We are sorry that our President is an idiot. We did not vote for him.”
Anyway, the bags are made by Tom Bihn in Seattle. They have a page describing ‘the notorious French/English care label’. While I have to agree with their astute observation I would think that they would refrain from making statements such as this in the chance that it would negatively impact their sales but apparently sales ‘skyrocketed’.
I have their ‘brain cell’ and laptop backpack. Absolutely excellent products. Very well made.
Maybe something like it should be put on ballot papers.
Or how you should vote now if you don’t want to feel sorry later.
What has Qaeda to do with this, I wonder? MT, do you identify in any way with the idiot president?
