I’m amazed no busy-body older citizen said anything. That’s a pretty crowded MRT car.
It could be the lady was tired and he kindly allowed her to rest her head on his lap. There was no bobbing motion, and the guy yawned several times. If it was a BJ, doesn’t look like he was getting a very good one.
At one point he clearly pushes her up and down, not to mention you can see other passengers taking an interest. Plus the original poster (a tourist from HK) wrote that the girl got up and left the train without saying anything, and the guy adjusted his zipper and belt. I don’t think there’s much that can be said in their defense here.
The real issue? Apple Daily is nothing more than smut and it would probably be better off if it was running pro-China propaganda under the wing of Want Want. It certainly couldn’t get any worse.

PS, worth noting that Apple reports: Lin Kang-hui, a lawyer said that media could face fines for reporting on this without including necessary mosaics over sensitive parts/things/actions or for reporting on overly sexual material. Think that includes Apple’s own report where they interview a 17-year-old on what he thinks about people having oral sex on the MRT??? :no-no:

Most likely, this did not happen spontaneously, but was a planned, staged and photographed event for maximum notoriety, maybe as a class project.
