i personally do not deserve any kind of promotion right now. So in that point i disagree with you.
however, getting rid of all the old guys would be a big step forward. They can easily be replaced by strong, motivated, sharp young Taiwanese dude with at least some knowledge of international business/ culture. There are plenty of lads that deserve a chance.
These same old guys who pretend to know french culture because they passed a week there, pretend and believe to know German culture because they had a booth in Frankfurt, and so on .
so yeah, i completely agree with you on the fact that we need some refurbishment at the office.
that would be soooo helpful FOR THE SUCCESS OF THE COMPANY.
