So apparently Hohaiyan has been cancelled this year because of lack of sand on the beach and impending typhoons.
Or something like that.
Anyone know the specifics?
That’s what the official homepage is saying. Funny, because just this morning I was reading the weekend section of the Liberty Times and they had an article about the festival as if it were still going on. I was rather underwhelmed by the artists scheduled to perform (Black Panther and Tang Dynasty? Hello, 1991!)
Hohaiyan 2010 is next weekend.
But do they even have a headlining band?

Forget Ho-whatever its called! he Muddy Basin Ramblers are having an outing to Luvstock down at Taichung amongst the hicks next weekend. Gotta love playing for them Chungle hippies!
