I’ve had meals that have given me violent food poisoning, so I’d disagree there.
But I do agree that people have weaponized Yelp as an instrument to take out a grudge on businesses they don’t like or want revenge on. Look at what happens to a restaurant every time it’s in the news… it gets bombarded by thousands of fake reviews slamming it from people who have never set foot in there or tried the food.
