That’s cutting a bit too close to home 
The image it conjured for me was a cheesy smelling yawn.
Difference being, in 2020 that picture would be have to be 16:9 format to fit the four girls in.

Fair point, but have they not considered the possibility of eating somewhere other than KFC? Or, you know, cooking a meal?
I think it’s because on several woke media outlets, Tumblr, some subreddits etc. etc. it’s full of idiots who keep writing that the size of those girls is perfectly fine and healthy, they don’t need to lose weight and anyone who disagrees is just enabling the patriarchy by fatshaming/stereotypes/blahblah current year talk.
In some circles, instead of cheering for people who manage to drop 10/15kg through hard exercise, they celebrate people with the mass of a sea lion who think that they’re not supposed to change but rather accept having a gravitational pull comparable to the Moon.
Hearing:“Don’t worry, your size is fine!” is much nicer than:“Holy shit you weight like a monster truck, hit the gym, ffs”.
