I used to swim 3 to 5km every day. I peed in the pool every day at least once. Getting out of the pool to pee wastes time and destroys your rhythm. I pee in the shower at the gym every day now.
I think just about everyone pees in the pool and in the shower.
Remind me not to share a pool with youā¦or go into pools full stop.

Oh, so thatās you, is it? Every so often I go into the shower cubicle at the gym and find it stinks of piss, so Iām out of there sharpish and into a different one. Iām hoping it isnāt actually everyone who does that.

Apparently, the smell of chlorine is actually the smell of pee reacting with the chlorine-based disinfectants.
Welp, now Iām not going to any more public pools anymore.
