But if your mother tongue is English, you need to make sure youâre not in one of the ~60 countries where itâs not foreign! 
You might be a Scot. In which case itâs a foreign language pretty much everywhere.

Ah, but if youâre a member of the Commonwealth, other commonwealth countries are not considered âforeignâ countries.
Only foreign countries get embassies.
