I’m not saying he’s probably not a totally straight-up honest guy but you know only he says this is the first one and what does it matter it’s not even the good one.

Spucken, literally to spit, is the polite word for to vomit. Beutel means bag.
On other notes from Germany: Hamburg St. Pauli reminds you to “please cover yourmouth and nose”
