I could be wrong, but I believe dweebs would not know the difference between ‘http’ and ‘https’. As per urban dictionary:
Different then nerd, geek, or dork. A dweeb is someone who is intellectual and socially-inept, but also ineffectual and devoid of passion.
Ergo, if one were to draw a Venn diagram, there would be some overlap between nerd, geek, and dweeb, but with unique skillsets for each, and perhaps none at all for dweebs.
