IIRC, the NeoGeo cost over $600 in 1990-91, and the real killer was that the games averaged about $200. I don’t know what that makes in today’s dollars, but it was a shit-ton. This remains one of the few classic video game systems I don’t own.
I thought this was Missile Command for a moment.

How do you know which one is which?
Depends on whether you stress the first (run over) or second (avoiding the collision) syllable of umfahren.
