Both the Afrocentric and Eurocentric views of ancient Egypt are annoying. Ancient Egypt spans a long long time with different people ruling it. At its peak, the evidence seems to point to that it was a multicultural and racial civilization.
And I happen to be in the minority of people who believe the evidence points to that the ancient Egyptian civilization took a lot from older lost ancient civilizations.
Many people don’t know that the Sahara desert was a lush green place about 10,000 years ago. I think there we’re probably civilizations there we lost to the sands of the desert.
