I agree with this. Everyone’s vote in a country should count equally.
Minority rule is incompatible with a democracy. IMO.

So? It just means it’s not run by a monarch.
The EC has shown its merit. Designed to protect the nation from the ignorance of the countryside, it is now shown to protect the nation from the ignorance of the big cities.
