Maybe you could explain what you think the meaning of these is? Are U.S. election results for each state decided by the number of counties? If not, why would the number of counties be relevant?
Have you heard about cities? They’re relatively concentrated groups of people living in close proximity. It seems obvious that a smaller number of counties containing cities could correspond to more votes than a larger number of rural counties.
I realize this isn’t a funny political picture, but neither are those two posts.
