I’ve never heard of a DNA test being used in this way. There is no “Jewish” DNA. Requirements for making aliyah (immigrating to Israel as a Jew under the Law of Return) do not involve such tests.
Yes, of course, but it is far more difficult for Arab non-citizens (including former residents of Palestine and their families) to immigrate.
