I once worked in an office where there was a serial pooper… he would leave his gifts on top of a closed toilet seat. It went on like that for months. Does that count as open defecation… or maybe it is defecation terrorism?

In my country we had a guy who would be smearing shit on the walls of university bathrooms.
He was in the prime time tv news, also in the newspapers and internet news too…
They never caught him, despite of the amount he was smearing, could not be of immediate produce they said, so he might have been smuggling ready made raw material into the university.
