Where can I buy reasonably priced furniture in Taipei? I’ve already checked out Ikea. Looking for more variety and style…
Try to look around at Wenchang Street (文昌街) near Tonghua Street.
very close to Anhe Road. There are quite a few nice local furniture shop but selling international quality stuff.
Nan Chang Road is also known to have quite a few shops, start walking from Heping / NanChang park (going north).
I like the store “ScanTeak” (Scandinavian Teak). There are two locations that I know of: one on the south side of Minsheng East Road fairly close to the Guangfu intersection, and another one in Neihu, on Jiuzong Road, just north of Costco and right next to a gas station.
Yeah, ScanTeak has some great stuff, but they also have great prices … 
Wugu just outside Taipei (last exit (??) before the first toll station on No. 1) is known to be a furniture place, but it’s a bit out of the way …
Out in Xin Chuang (Where Fu Jen University is), there are furniture stores EVERYWHERE. Prices range from dirt cheap to outrageous.
