I just realized that my keyboard is not illuminated when the light goes low. I checked “preference panel” and “Keyboard&mouse” and illuminated is checked.
What else could be wrong with it?
Unless Jeremy can answer your question here, I’d suggest you go over to apple.com then under support select discussion/powerbook/17inch. IMO that’s the best place around town to get apple questions answered.
Simple… take it back.
