I have a rooftop apartment that I rent out. The electrical supply has a meter allowing me to charge for electricity but, the water and gas don’t. Where can I find a man who can fit said meters, or even the meters themselves, that I’m more than capable of fitting myself?
All of the meters are ‘upstream’ of the official meters so there are no issues with government involvement.
