Does anyone know where I can find a gas fired oven for rent? I’m looking to make pizza and need to test out some recipes. Initially I need to test it out and have friends taste it, so it can be an event space, but eventually I’d need to find a commercial one at an affordable rate (such as at a cloud kitchen or part time sharing with some other shop).
I’m looking to use the kitchen only on some nights and weekends in the beginning (~2 days per week), so want to find something affordable.
