Get 2nd school on arc, need new health check?

Hi all, need some advice. I am getting a 2nd school on my arc because I want to change schools, so I need to apply for the arc again. I did a health check on 29 march, and as far as I know, they are valid for 3 months. So to apply for the 2nd arc, do I need a copy of the health check or the original one?
I went to the hospital, and they only gave me a copy. My new school is not sure if that will do. Thanks!

Hi Homer, I am a little confused. Do you mean you will be getting a totally new ARC with a new school, or adding a secondary employer onto your already existing ARC?

I think he means adding a second school to his ARC.

That’s my situation.

First they do not actually add it to your ARC, they just issue an extra work permit based on the original ARC’s lenght. And no, you do not need to provide a medical check if that’s what you’re doing. The process is a lot easier than getting an ARC in the first place. Your second school will give you a copy of your work permit,(request it if they don’t) and that’s it. No need to even go to foreign affairs.

Well, you do need to go to the FAF police and have them amend the ARC that you have. But your school should be able to make the application on your behalf for the work permit based on your present employment.

No you don’t. Where are you getting this info from? Remember, we are talking about getting sponsored by a second school while already having a valid ARC.

I went to the foreign affairs with my new permit and they sent me home, I had everything I needed. A valid ARC and a work permit for each school I work with. Nothing else to it.
