Do anyone know how can foreigner can loan money in bank ? I tried already two times but I was rejected I have two Taiwanese as guarantor .

Personal loans are very difficult to get for a foreigner and most banks will flat out refuse. Also many , if not all, of the online ‘semi automatic approval’ loan offers are specifically off limits to foreigners.
Now it is possible to get offered a personal loan though, one bank out of 15 considered me and of course they ended up discussing it through my wife lol. I was offered a 2million ntd loan if I recall correctly. Quite high interest rate . Lowest interest rates are for employees of top 100 companies in Taiwan and civil servants.
