I want to buy my daughter a puppy when she arrives in November. What is the recommended place to get a puppy in the Taipei broader area? Want to avoid the Taiwan equivalent of US puppy mills. Must be a puppy, as I want it to bond to her early and well.

Please consider adopting. If you buy, the puppy will be too small, taken away from his mother too early, not vaccinated and most breeders fake paperwork.
At least when you adopt there will be vaccine and medical records, plus basic training.
