Hi, I know you can get an ARC with a two year college diploma and TESOL certificate (I know two Canadians that are doing it right now), but does the Diploma need to be with a registered University or can it be from another tertiary provider. My friend wants to come over from New Zealand with a diploma from a registered acting school.
We just have Universities and polytechs and the other tertiary equivalents.
If college isn’t University then what is it?
