Sorry I didn’t figure out quoting yet: US$200k investment option, a few weeks to create the company (including get lease, and bank account), then 4-6 weeks (or longer) with MOEAIC if you are from a less high risk country (Canada should be fine). The MOEAIC is two steps. You apply for approval. If they say ok, you remit capital, and then you apply for verification. If all goes well they will issue a certificate which allows you to get a visa.
