thats total shit i never had that problem before my school just applied for me and the process took a month easy as that. welcome the taiwan where 95% of the people lie to you you will find that on a differant day or differant person that the problem would never have come up
The bureaucracy may be total shit, but it is a requirement. Do you have an ROC teacher’s permit, as required to teach in a university? If so, I’d be surprised if you hadn’t had to go through these procedures.
