Hi there, I’m new here (to both the forums and Taipei), though I have been reading it for sometime leading up to my trip.
Anyway, I’ve searched a bit on this topic and not found a lot…simply put, do GNC’s in Taipei offer a similar selection of products to those in NA? Specifically, I take a couple of amino acid supplements, st john’s wort (searched for that, apparently not easy to find here), and zinc.
I’ve taken my own supplements with me, and I will get around to visiting a GNC here myself, but I thought I’d see if I can get some info here first anyway. 
I was at costco already, they mainly carry vitamins here I notice (no wort, for example).
And if I do need to get supplements shipped here, any recommendations on online retailers to go though? Or would it just be cheaper to get something mailed locally (I’m from Toronto), and have someone there ship a package to me? Not sure if I’ll have that option, but figured I’d ask.
