The new red mailboxes at post offices around the island have two mail slots. What’s up with that?

Who painted those signs and who gave the order to combine two perfectly good English words PROMPT + DELIVERY into one combination that reeks of confusion-fusion.

I guess the same person who painted the “To run Business” sign that hangs on most shop doors.

PROMPT DELIVERY is for mail WITHIN Taiwan thats got the extra required postage for Prompt service (something like overnight mail) and AIRMAIL is for mail intended for OUTSIDE TAIWAN.

before i knew this i used to just put airmail in either slot and it all got there. but im sure thats extra work for the mailmen.

there is also the GREEN BOXES?? Those are intended for the regular within taiwan mail.
