I saw on the street today here in Kaoshiung, had no license plates? Anyone rent one or tried the service?

I have used a couple of times, just out of curiosity.
The app is easy to use and in english.
No licence is needed and paid via the app, a map on the app shows the area and price of the approximate trip.
The helmet is in the back luggage box, and they ask for a photo at the end to show you parked in a safe parking spot.
